Lanarkshire Catering School was established in January 1990
and quickly became one of Scotland’s leading centres
in the delivery of “City & Guilds Craft Qualifications”
for the Catering Industry.
The school prides itself on it’s high standards of teaching

Modern Apprenticeships

Modern Apprenticeships (MAs) offer those over 16 paid employment,
along with the opportunity to train for jobs at craft and
supervisory level.
They are an excellent way to obtain skills and National Vocational
Qualifications (NVQs) to help further your chosen career,
